To start XAMPP properly, first you have to stop this daemon. This app has been prepared for the beginners to help them understand the basic to advanced concepts related to the Apache Commons CLI. APACHE CLI AMPPS CODE
It is designed to be used both as a throw away container (mount your source code and start the container to start your app), as well as a base from which to build other images. The Apache Commons CLI are the components of the Apache Commons which are derived from Java API and provides an API to parse command line arguments/options which are passed to the programs. If you need a web server, this is probably not the image you are looking for.
This variant contains the PHP CLI tool with default mods. It seems you can also use it to base other images from. Php-cli is the standalone tool for running a PHP scripts in the same way you would run it from the command line: php somescript.php. They are different tools for different purposes:
